This course focus on the basic theory of the principles of advertising. It covers aspects of function,history,advertising definition, organizational structure,media,marketing,research,concepts and strategies,processes and methods of advertising problem solving.The teaching of this course also covers aspects of psychology,sociology,demography,psychography,aesthetic value and,consumer behaviour.The students will also be exposed to the local and international advertising issues.

(Kursus ini menitikberatkan kepada asas teori prinsip periklanan. Ianya merangkumi aspek-aspek fungsi, sejarah,definasi periklanan, struktur organisasi, media, pemasaran,penyelidikan, konsep, strategi dan proses serta kaedah-kaedah penyelesaian masalah periklanan. Pembelajaran kursusu ini juga menyentuh aspek saikologi, sosiologi, demografik,saikografik, nilai-nilai estetika, pendidikan dan tingkahlaku consumer. Dalam kursus ini pelajar didedahkan kepada isu-isu berkaitan iklan dalam dan luar negara.)
