SYNOPSIS

This course focuses on assessment and evaluation aspect of individual and organisation performance. Special interest will be given to the concept of effective organization and followed by measurement issues at the individual and group level. Emphasis will be given at the planning, organising, controlling and evaluation phase  of performance management and the relationship of other human resource functions (e.g: wage, career development etc). The course also discusses integrating part with the performance management and performance appraisal issues.

(Kursus ini menekankan aspek pengukuran dan penilaian terhadap prestasi individu dan organisasi. Penekanan khusus akan diberikan kepada konsep keberkesanan organisasi dan diikuti dengan isu pengukuran di peringkat individu dan kumpulan. Tumpuan akan diberikan kepada fasa perancangan, pengorganisasian, pengawalan dan penilaian dalam pengurusan prestasi dan hubungkaitnya dengan fungsi sumber manusia yang lain (cth: gaji, pembangunan kerjaya dll). Kursus ini juga membincangkan integrasi antara pengurusan prestasi dan penilaian prestasi.
