[iRIS7 Manual] Assigning Project ID to the approved grant application

This user manual is intended for Administrator of iRIS7

  1. Login to iRIS7
  2. Navigate to Grant Application > Manage Application in the Navigation Panel

  3. Select the Grant Type that you want to manage. For the item that need to be assigned with Project Id, the grant will be labeled Project ID Pending. Click on the Action button at the right and select Assign Project ID in the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Assign Project ID modal dialog, enter the Project ID that is to be assigned to the Research

  5. Once assigned with the Project ID, the Grant application entry will be removed from the list and the research info will be moved to Research module.

Note:

  1. Grant Application info will be archived for reference after assigned with Project ID
  2. After moved to the Research module, the research information cannot be modified. Subsequent modification of the data will have to go through moderation process before being published.
  3. The published research (assigned with Project ID) will appear on the researcher's UNIMAS Expert page, unless the research is classified as Confidential (see Research information visibility)
