[iRIS7 Manual] Managing Lookup

This user manual is intended for Administrator of iRIS7

  1. Login into iRIS7
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Setup Data
    Setup data page
  3. Click on the Name of the lookup data that you want to modify and the list will appear

  4. To add new data, click on the Add Data button. Fill in the setup information and click Add Lookup

  5. To update current data, click on the far-right button (in the list) labeled 'Action' and select 'Edit' from the dropdown. Update the data in the modal dialog and click Save Lookup when finish.

  6. Please note that you can disable any lookup by updating the status to Disabled. That's all for lookup add/update.
