[iRIS7 Manual] Managing User Access Control and Groups

This user manual is intended for the Administrator of iRIS7

  1. Login into iRIS7
  2. Navigate to System Admin > User Access Control in the Navigation Panel (Fig1)

  3. To edit the user assigned access control, click Edit in the Action dropdown menu. The modal dialog will be shown and you can update the user information (Fig2). Click Update User when done.

  4. To Add or Manage group, go to Group Setup Tab. You can add new Group, or edit currently available group.
  5. To edit the current group, select the group name on the left and the form will display the selected info. Update the info in the form and click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

  1. To add a new user group, click 'Add Role Group' button. Enter the group information in the modal dialog and click "Add Role" button.

  2. The newly created role group will be available in the list and you can update the access control as described in step 5.
